Star Gazing by the Shore
DESTIN – Henderson Beach State Park on U.S. 98 will host a star gazing program from 7-10 p.m. April 12. Volunteers from the Northwest Florida Astronomy Association will set up several telescopes for public viewing of star clusters, planets, and galaxies. The park will close at sunset. Burning Up The Beaches
OKALOOSA ISLAND - Burning Up The Beaches, the car cruising and car show event that debuted on the Emerald Coast in 2011, returns May 3-5 at the Boardwalk. Hundreds of car enthusiasts will be bringing their rides to participate in this unique event. The 2013 version features two days of cruising stops up and down the Emerald Coast.
