Vinny Dima knocked in seven runs to lead Doc's Softball Softies in a 15-3 championship victory over Willingham Plumbing in the end of season tournament for the Competitive Softball League at Morgan Sports Center in Destin.



Dima clobbered two homers and a single for seven RBIs.



Doc's jumped out to a 9-0 lead in the first two innings and then picked up three in the fourth, one in the fifth and two runs in the sixth for the title win.



Kevin Bush ripped two doubles and two singles for Doc's. Marcus Henderson doubled and singled for an RBI.



Andrew Elliott hit three singles for Plumbing. Gareth Bennett smacked a home run for an RBI, and Parker Willingham singled.



In the semifinal, Doc's Softball Softies downed Frank's Cash and Carry 18-4.



By the end of three innings, Doc's had the game in hand 16-3.



Jeff Milam connected for four singles for two RBIs for Doc's. Dima homered and hit two singles for three RBIs, and Timmy Sallee slapped a home run and a single for two RBIs.



Casey Schissler tripled and singled for Frank's. Denny Albee hit two singles and Sean Atkins singled for an RBI.



Earlier in the tournament, Frank's Cash and Carry beat First Class 21-10.



After three complete innings, Frank's led 7-4. Frank's scored four in the fourth and exploded for eight in the fifth.



William Eads hit four singles for an RBI for Frank's. Jeff Tullis hit three singles for four RBIs, and Kyle Bengston doubled and hit two singles.



Jamie Steiner belted a home run, triple and a single for three RBIs for First Class. Cody Montoya hit three singles, and Blake Byerly doubled and singled for an RBI.
