Newman-Dailey Resort Properties Real Estate Division recently announced its 2013 top producers. Mark DeSalvo earned “2013 Top Sales Agent” and Colin Kirkwood was named the “2013 Top Listing Agent.” The company also recognized its top producers for fourth quarter, honoring Mark DeSalvo for listings and Jerry Bielawski for sales.

DeSalvo has excelled in real estate sales at Newman-Dailey for 12 years and counting. With an extensive knowledge of real estate whether a primary homeowner, an investor or a second homeowner, DeSalvo has an understanding of the intricacies of buying and selling real estate along the Emerald Coast.



Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, DeSalvo obtained his Arkansas Real Estate license 30 years ago in 1984. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He is a licensed broker associate in Florida and maintains a license in Arkansas. DeSalvo’s credentials include being a certified residential specialist (CRS), an accredited buyer’s representative (ABR), a graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), and an internet professional (e-PRO).



Kirkwood has been with Newman-Dailey for more than four years. He has always been interested in real estate and bought his first investment property when he was 18 years old. With a keen insight and understanding of property values, he has earned the reputation as the “property value expert” at Newman-Dailey. He also has extensive experience with bank owned properties, short sales and commercial listings. He is a regular top performer and earned second place for sales with Newman-Dailey in 2012.
