 Anniversary celebration

Bay Breeze Patio celebrates its 10th year serving the Emerald Coast from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 28 and 29 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 30 at 32 Forest Shore Drive in Miramar Beach. EC Top Salon

The third annual Top Salon Makeover Charity Competition begins at 7 p.m. April 4 at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa for a night of makeovers, drinks, music, food and fun. EC Top Salon 2014 completely challenges the expertise and creativity of the top nominated 10 area salons as they embark on a 24-hour head-to-toe makeover transformation of a local resident (model) of their choosing. The event is open to the public. Lightwire: The Show 

From the creators of Corbian the Dinosaur and The Ugly Duckling comes Lightwire: The Show at 7:30 p.m. April 5 at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center. Visit a fascinating place where good and evil struggle to be a dominant force.  It’s a place where birds grow 16 feet tall, aliens exist and cats fight with light sabers.  The show follows the story of an outcast young bird as he tries to come to terms with the strange power he has been given, which has resulted in banishment from his tribe. Sandestin Wine Festival

The 28th Annual Sandestin Wine Festival will take place April 10-13 at Baytowne Wharf. Four days of unique events open up a wide range of experiences from attending wine dinners with celebrity chefs, participating in preview events throughout the year, and taking part in wine tastings that showcase hundreds of wines.


The Arts and Design Society’s show “Inspired by Seurat” will run through April 11.

Artwalk on the Harbor

Local and regional artists and vendors display their work at Artwalk on the Harbor, started by DestinBoardwalk.com and AJ's Seafood, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 20 and May 18 within the Destin Boardwalk from east of Margaritaville to AJ’s.  The event is free.

Seabreeze Jazz Festival

The 16th Annual Seabreeze Jazz Festival returns April 23-27 at the Pier Park Amphitheater (Aaron Beasant Park) in Panama City Beach. Some of the performers are Michael J Thomas, Jones and Company, Lebron, Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, Dave Koz and Friends Summer Horns featuring Dave Koz, Gerald Albright, Mindi Abair, and Richard Elliot. Gimme Abbey
