Owners of the Buccaneer Pirate Ship, Wendy and Steve Wilson, will serve as host to the “Red Leg the Dreaded Pirate of the Gulf” murder mystery as part of Act4Murder on Nov. 14.

“We are looking forward to hosting Act4Murder onboard the Buccaneer and believe it serves as a great plot for an intriguing story line,” said Wendy Wilson.

Act4Murder, a local professional acting troupe, has performed original comedic murder mysteries for public, private, special and fundraising events since 2003, and is thrilled to join the crew from the Buccaneer.

“Attendees will enjoy a wonderful sunset as a murder mystery unfolds around them, and we are so excited to be a part of it,” said the acting group owner, Paula Hilton.

Tickets are $35 per person and include hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Boarding begins at 4 p.m. and the Buccaneer sets sail at 4:30 p.m.

The Buccaneer Pirate Ship is the second vessel for the Wilsons, owners of the highly-successful Southern Star Dolphin Cruise, and offers both a two hour family-friendly treasure quest cruise, along with an adult-version “Scurvy Dogs Cruise” with more adult humor and entertainment.
