American Gospel Concerts
American Gospel Ministries presents The Crist Family in a free concert at 6 p.m. May 3 at First Baptist Church, 622 Bayshore Drive in Niceville. A love offering will be taken.

Coffee House Live
“Coffee House Live,” sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Emerald Coast, is making its quarterly appearance at 7 p.m. May 3 at the Fellowship hall, 1295 John Sims Parkway in Valparaiso. Admission is free but donations are encouraged. The event will feature musical talent from the Panhandle area, an open microphone and a variety of coffees and treats. Call 729-3155 or 678-1561.

Jesus Day 2008
Pastors and Christians from Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Walton Counties will assemble at 9 a.m. May 3 at City Hall in Fort Walton Beach to celebrate Jesus Day 2008.
After the mayor’s proclamation and praise music, the group will walk to The Landing for a rally including musicians, dance and drama teams, puppet shows and hand/face painting. Finger foods will be available.

Jewelry sale
The Destin United Methodist Women will hold another jewelry sale from 9 a.m.-noon May 6 in Avery Hall at Destin United Methodist Church, 200 Beach Drive. All proceeds go to missions and local charities.

Bible study
South Walton Ecumenical Women’s Bible Study is now forming and will begin at 10 a.m. May 8 at Good News United Methodist Church, 4747 U.S. 98 West in Santa Rosa Beach. The four-week study will uses the book, “A Deeper Kind of Calm: Steadfast Faith in the Midst of Adversity,” by Linda Dillow. Call 231-7000.

Upper Room Morning Worship
Gather in the “upper room” or upstairs at Marlin Grill in The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at 9 a.m. each Sunday in March for an interdenominational morning service of teaching, praise and worship. Call 351-1990.

Kids’ Joy Club
A Good News United Methodist Church program, Kids’ Joy Club, meets from 2:45–5:30 p.m. Wednesdays when Walton County schools are in session. Children aged K-5th grade receive homework help, enjoy snacks, participate in Bible stories, make crafts, play games and experience music and drama. Pick-up is available from Butler and Bay Elementary Schools. There is no charge.
The church is at 4747 U.S. 98 West in Santa Rosa Beach. Call 622-9191.

Women of Grace
Women of Grace meets at 6 p.m. every second and fourth Sunday at Immanuel Anglican Church, 250 Indian Bayou Trail in Destin.
Women of Grace is a time of fellowship, worship and sharing of what God has done in our lives. Ladies from all churches are invited.
A nursery is provided. Call 837-3585 for information.
