Group launches series of live on-site auction sales events for August

The National Real Estate Auction Group, a Destin-based real estate auction company, is hosting several on-site auctions that will take place during the month of August.

The listed properties are located in Santa Rosa andEscambia counties. The bidding will take place on site. Three properties will be auctioned off starting today.

Founded by Bobby Hutchison, a long-time Destin resident, business owner and real estate entrepreneur, the National Real Estate Auction Group’s mission is to promote and sell real estate using the auction method of marketing.

Hutchison is one of the pioneers in the real estate auction market and has been actively selling properties at auction in Northwest Florida for the past 10 years.

During the month of August, the following live, on-site auctions will take place:

Aug. 2 at 1 p.m.: Located at 5936 East Bay Blvd., Gulf Breeze. This residence is a bay-front home with five bedrooms and five baths and 4,372 square feet.

Aug. 2 at 1 p.m.: Located at 5932 East Bay Blvd., Gulf Breeze. This is a three-bedroom, four-bath property on the bay with 2,135 square feet.

Aug. 2 at 1 p.m.: 1705 Ensenada Uno, Pensacola Beach: This auction will be conducted at 5936 East Bay Blvd., Gulf Breeze. The property is a waterfront duplex with five bedrooms, seven baths and 3,300 square feet.
