Luxury Santa Rosa Beach condos to be sold at auction
Three luxurious condominiums in the gated Tagganale in Santa Rosa Beach will be sold by auction Oct. 16.
One of the three (high bidder’s choice) will be sold absolute, meaning regardless of price.
The units, all in one three-level villa fronting the Gulf of Mexico, will be auctioned by The National Auction Group of Gadsden, Ala.
Tagganale is situated on a bluff overlooking the dunes and convenient to Destin and Panama City.
Units feature Travertine and Italian marble floors and open rooms with 11-foot coffered ceilings. Gourmet kitchens include top-of-the-line appliances, custom hand-made solid cherry cabinetry, a separate pantry, granite breakfast bar and granite countertops and backsplash.
All three condos include a master suite plus four additional guest suites. The master includes a balcony overlooking the Gulf and double doors opening to the master bath, which features a dual entry Italian marble and glass shower, whirlpool tub and chandelier.
Other features and amenities include a study, a private elevator, crown molding, columns, arched doors and windows throughout, retractable and impact-resistant double-paned Kolbe-Kolbe windows, ambient lighting and Anderson doors. All rooms include surround sound with two speakers in every room and i-Pod docking stations in all of the bedrooms. The condos are wired for CAT5 Internet and have two Rinnai hot water systems, two HVAC systems, storage and closet space and gas hook-ups for grills.
Tagganale’s common areas include a heated Gulf-front swimming pool and hot tub, tropical landscaping, a private beach walkover and assigned parking spots.
“For someone looking for a vacation get-away or business retreat or resort rental property, the condominiums at Tagganale offer an extraordinary opportunity to purchase luxurious and picturesque accommodations on Florida’s Gulf Coast,” William Bone, president of The National Auction Group, said in a news release.
The condos will be open for inspection by appointment from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 4-5 and Oct. 11-16 by calling (800) 648-6435 or (256) 547-3434. Beginning Oct. 4, call on site at (850) 468-0586. Those bidding on the units will be required to pay 10 percent on auction day and must have $30,000 in certified funds for each unit on which they wish to bid. The auction will take place at 8708 Highway 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.
