Great Emerald Coast Open House re-opens Jan. 15
Although the Emerald Coast experienced steady improvement in the real estate market in 2011, many wonder what is in store for homes along the Emerald Coast. Will prices go back up? Will values go down? What’s available for purchase? The Emerald Coast Association of Realtors has a great opportunity for you to find out — the Great Emerald Coast Open House is back for 2012. Take a look at homes in the area to learn what’s for sale and what is out there in your price range.
ECAR will conduct the first monthly Great Emerald Coast Open House of 2012 from 1-3 p.m. Jan. 15. Homes available for viewing are listed at www.EmeraldCoastOpenHouse.com. Search by location and housing type (single family homes, townhomes, and condos) and use the map function to create driving directions. Look for the green and white Emerald Coast Open House signs throughout the area to know which homes are participating.
Mortgage rates are still at record lows. Prices are down. Now is a better time than ever to buy a home. Remember to rely on a Realtor on the sale or purchase of your home.
