Although the Emerald Coast experienced steady improvement in the real estate market in 2011, many wonder what is in store for homes along the Emerald Coast. Will prices go back up? Will values go down? What’s available for purchase?
The Emerald Coast Association of Realtors has a great opportunity for you to find out — the Great Emerald Coast Open House. Take a look at homes in the area to learn what’s for sale and what is out there in your price range.
ECAR will conduct the first monthly Great Emerald Coast Open House of 2012 from 1-3 p.m. Feb. 19. Homes available for viewing are listed at www.EmeraldCoastOpenHouse.com.
