WALTON COUNTY CRIMESTOPPERS

Crime Stoppers of Walton County, Inc is currently looking for information on the following fugitives who are wanted as of April 21, 2008.  Crime Stoppers does not use the term “Most Wanted” because of litigation concerns.  We ask that the media not use this term when describing these fugitives.  Please use options such as “Fugitives from Justice” or simply “Fugitives”.  Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to their arrest.
 
Jeronimo Ramirez Bailon is wanted for failure to appear in court for the original charges of felony DUI and felony driving while license suspended or revoked.  Bailon is a 37 year old white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  His last known address is 206 W. Orange Ave, DeFuniak Springs, Fl.
 
Geoffrey H Balmaceda is wanted for failure to appear in court for the original charges of uttering a forged instrument.  Balmaceda is a 27 year old white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  His last known address is 14410 Pond Place, Jacksonville, Fl.
 
Donald Goike is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone) and possession of a controlled substance (Valium) and battery.  Goike is a 52 year old white male, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.  He has tattoos of an eagle and a ship.  His last known address is 116 Beech Street, Freeport, FL.
 
Archie Thaxton Goodwin is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of criminal mischief with property damage.  Goodwin is a 59 year old white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 158 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.  His last known address is 1198 Ten Lakes Drive, DeFuniak Springs, Fl.
 
Doyle Richardson Roan is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of worthless checks- 2 counts.  Roan is a 50 year old white male, 6 feet tall, 178 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.  Roan has a tattoo on his right arm of “R.R.”  His last known address is Paxton, Fl.
 
Parry W. Scruggs is wanted for grand theft and falsely identifying himself as a contractor.  Scruggs is a 42 year old white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 240 pounds with a bald head and brown eyes.  His last known address is 1104 Beach Drive, Ft Walton Beach, Fl.
