Crime Stoppers of Walton County, Inc is currently looking for information on the following suspects who are wanted as of May 16, 2008.  Crime Stoppers does not use the term “Most Wanted” because of litigation concerns.  We ask that the media not use this term when describing these fugitives.  Please use options such as “Wanted Suspects” or simply “Wanted”.  Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to their arrest; the information must be reported through the tip line to be eligible for the reward, and REMEMBER THE CODE NUMBER TO PICK UP THE CASH REWARD!

Stephen Paul Butler is wanted for failure to appear in court on the charges of conspiracy, principal to uttering a forged instrument, grand theft third degree, burglary of an unoccupied structure, trafficking methamphetamine 200 grams or over, unlawful possession of a chemical, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Butler is a 42 year old white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 175 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. His last known address is 28 Crissman Rd, Santa Rosa Bch, FL.

Danny Carlton Hardy is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of possession of methamphetamine and driving while license suspended or revoked.  Hardy is a 52 year old white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 235 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.  Hardy has a panther tattooed on his left arm and a rose on his right arm.  His last known address is 1015 Martin Road, DeFuniak Springs, FL.

Mary Robin Kosmas is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), unlawful possession of listed chemicals, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, sell/manufacture/distribution of controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.   Kosmas is a 42 year old white female, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds with black hair and blue eyes.  Her last known address is 318 Highland Drive, Glen Burnie, MD.

Larry Paul Mincey is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Mincey is a 42 year old white male, 6 feet tall, 140 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.  His last known address is 20 April Court, Freeport, FL.

Tiffany Ann Russell is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of uttering a forged instrument.  Russell is a 23 year old white female, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 125 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Her last known address is 803 Williams Street, Crestview, FL.

Warner Evans Seigler is wanted for failure to appear in court on the original charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, habitual offender, and battery domestic violence.  Seigler is a 48 year old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 295 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.  His last known address is 5037 W State Highway 2 DeFuniak Springs, FL.
