Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

The schedule for the 2012 Fort Walton Beach Stake Conference is as follows. For meeting house locations, call 862-3263.

• Jan. 28: Priesthood Leadership Meeting, 2 p.m. at the Stake Center, 339 Lake Dr. in Fort Walton Beach.

• Jan. 28: Adult session, 5-7 p.m. at the Stake Center in Fort Walton Beach.

• Jan. 29: All members and interested visitors are invited to attend the Sunday General Session at your ward and branch building from 9-11 a.m. This will be a satellite broadcast with speakers from the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles from Salt Lake City, UT. A member of the Stake Presidency or assigned High Councilor will preside at each meeting location in Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Crestview, DeFuniak Springs and Sandestin.

 

Worship Service

The Gathering in Sandestin worship service is held at 10 a.m. Sundays in the Terrace Room in Bayside Conference Center, near the Broken Egg Café near Links Golf Course.

Musician David Seering will lead a multidenominational worship service for all faiths. Various ministers and speakers will deliver a message each Sunday. For information, email Jstone@vsadc.com or call 850-622-4714.

 

Upper Room Morning Worship

Gather in the “upper room” upstairs at Marlin Grill in The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at 9 a.m. each Sunday for an interdenominational morning service of teaching, praise and worship. Dress casual. Call 351-1990.
