Special to The Log New vocal band: The Gaither Homecoming Tour 2010 comes to Tallahassee at 7 p.m. Feb. 5 in the Leon County Civic Center with the new five-member Gaither Vocal Band, Wes Hampton, David Phelps, Bill Gaither, Michael English and Mark Lowry. Dixie Echoes concert

The Dixie Echoes Quartet will present a concert of gospel music at 3 p.m. Jan. 31, 2010, at the Santa Rosa Beach Community Church on the north side of U.S. 98 going east, about a quarter mile west of County Road 393 on the corner of U.S. 98 and Church Street. There is no admission cost, but a love offering will be taken.

 

American Gospel Concerts

American Gospel Ministries presents free concerts at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 622 Bayshore Drive in Niceville. A love offering will be taken.

Scheduled performers include:

•Feb. 6: The Crist Family,

•March 6: The Hayes Family.

•June 5: Bama Blu-Grace.

•Aug. 7: Forgiven Trio.

 

Upper Room Morning Worship

Gather in the “upper room” upstairs at Marlin Grill in The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at 9 a.m. each Sunday for an interdenominational morning service of teaching, praise and worship. Dress casual. Call 351-1990.

 

Victory Voyage

The next Victory Voyage gospel music cruise sails Feb. 20-25 from New Orleans for a five-day Western Caribbean cruise to Progreso, Yucatan, Mexico and Cozumel, Mexico on a Carnival ship.

Cruise includes Camp Carnival for the kids, gospel concerts every night, Christian fellowship, shore excursions and more.

Women of Grace

Women of Grace meets at 6 p.m. every second and fourth Sunday at Immanuel Anglican Church, 250 Indian Bayou Trail in Destin.

Women of Grace is a time of fellowship, worship and sharing. Ladies from all churches are invited. A nursery is provided.
