ResortQuest expands into Alabama’s Gulf Coast

ResortQuest

GULF SHORES, Ala. — Officially opening a new office May 1, ResortQuest has announced its expansion into the Alabama Gulf Coast including Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan.
“The ResortQuest expansion into the Alabama Gulf Coast strengthens our presence on the Gulf Coast as we now extend from Panama City Beach to the beaches of Alabama. This growth enables guests and owners of this area access to ResortQuest’s innovative services such as the ResortQuest ‘Passport to Fun’ and the ResortQuest ‘Owner Quest Perks Program.’ We are excited to be a part of this community and very encouraged by the welcome and interest we have received from local partners, owners, and businesses” Ryan Christopher, senior operations manager with ResortQuest, said in a news release.
ResortQuest manages more than 3,000 vacation rentals on the northern Gulf Coast, including vacation homes, condominiums, and full service resorts. The ResortQuest office for Alabama is located at 3145 Gulf Shores Parkway.
“We are thrilled to be affiliated with ResortQuest as their brand is nationally known and respected as a leader in vacation rental, real estate, and property management. Their marketing power will leverage the entire area as a tourism destination, reaching new guests and investors” Rick Phillips, a developer in the Gulf Shores area, said in the release.
ResortQuest is accepting qualified limited inventory into their rental program for 2008 and is waiving all start up fees for inventory available for online bookings by July 1.
