Man tells deputy he 'shouldn't have to pay' regularly used taxi company

A 28-year-old man was arrested Aug. 12 on charges of larceny.
The Fort Walton Beach man had been picked up at his home and driven to Harbor Boulevard in Destin, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriff's report.
When the taxi arrived at the address, the man told the driver he did not have any money.
The man tried to get money from an ATM, but was unable to withdraw.
The man explained to the deputy that he didn't have any money and that he uses the cab company all the time so he "shouldn't have to pay."
