Man with drugs in pocket leads officers on parking lot chase
A 17-year-old male with drugs in his pocket led Fudpuckers' employees in Destin and an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputy on a foot chase June 23. The deputy noticed the employees chasing the man and joined in.
The deputy chased the man down U.S. Highway 98 and apprehended him, according to the man's arrest report.
The man, who was from Tennessee, had a small plastic bottle of marijuana in his pocket and rolling papers in his wallet. He was charged with resisting without violence and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
