Beach Properties of Florida opens new Seagrove and WaterSound offices

Beach Properties of Florida is announcing the opening of two satellite real estate offices in Seagrove at Hotel Viridian and onsite at WaterSound Beach in the GateHouse.
The offices will be in addition to the current WaterColor location in the SunTrust Bank Building at WaterColor Crossings. The new locations were carefully selected based on market research by co-owners Hunter Harman, Price Rainer and John David Sullivan to allow Beach Properties of Florida to provide “unparalleled service and accessibility to its customers.”
“As our company continues to expand with new sales executives and support staff, it became imperative to amplify our office facilities in order to better accommodate our clients and staff,” explains Harman, broker and co-owner of Beach Properties of Florida. “Having locations in Seagrove, WaterColor and WaterSound allows us to conveniently serve a broader area base from Dune Allen to Rosemary Beach. We’re excited about the continued success of Beach Properties of Florida and our role in helping to ensure that South Walton property owners experience seamless real estate transactions.”
The new office facilities will feature “Community Discovery Centers” with flat-screen TVs, informational guides, and area maps to acquaint buyers and sellers with the area in an intimate, comfortable setting. Customers will be able to view properties, communities and aerial maps in order to fully compare and experience prospective properties.
The WaterColor office will be home to Beach Properties of Florida co-owners and their team while the Seagrove and WaterSound offices will be composed of sales executives based on their primary selling areas. Beach Properties of Florida will be the exclusive real estate agency for the upcoming Hotel Viridian, which will be located adjacent to the Seagrove office.
“Hotel Viridian is bringing a completely new concept to South Walton, the luxury ‘condotel’ and is going to offer an upscale resort experience that currently isn’t available here,” adds John David Sullivan, co-owner of Beach Properties of Florida. “We are thrilled to be representing this unique property and excited to follow the project through its fruition.”
The Beach Properties of Florida Seagrove office is located at 3010 County Highway 395 and The Beach Properties of Florida WaterSound office is located at 6652 E. County Highway 30A. Both offices are open from the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
