Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers will pay a cash reward to the anonymous caller who helps authorities locate Guillermo Hernandez and Valerie Moreno. Both suspects are wanted in connection with a carjacking that occurred on December 8 in the parking lot of the Crestview Wal-Mart. The suspects and two small children were last seen leaving in a stolen black 1993 GMC Sonoma.
Guillermo Hernandez is wanted for carjacking, battery on an elderly person, burglary and larceny. Hernandez is a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. Hernandez is 33 years old (02-25-1975), five feet four inches tall and 170 pounds.
Valerie Moreno is wanted for principle to carjacking, principle to battery on an elderly person, burglary and larceny. Moreno is a Hispanic female, with black hair and brown eyes. Moreno is 21 years old (09-19-1986), five feet two inches tall and 135 pounds.
