Entrust Freedom, the self-directed IRA custodian, announces its Tax Free 1031 and IRA Pro Certification program for Realtors. This unique program is free to all interested professionals and offers a streamlined and effective way for Florida realtors to further their knowledge of real estate investment using tax-free strategies.
Consider that $4.2 trillion dollars are held within IRAs nationwide. Due to a lack of knowledge among investors about their options, only 4 percent is invested in alternative assets such as real estate.
The program is targeted toward Florida Realtors who wish to spread this knowledge and show investors how to use their retirement funds to invest in real estate. The certification program also discusses 1031 exchanges and the benefits from these tax-free property transactions. Graduates of the program will receive an endorsement from Entrust Freedom, access to specific Entrust Freedom investment materials and will be promoted on the Entrust Freedom website as a Tax Free 1031 and IRA Pro.
