Walton County Crime Stoppers

Crime Stoppers of Walton County, Inc is currently looking for information on the following fugitives who are wanted as of May 12, 2008.  Crime Stoppers does not use the term “Most Wanted” because of litigation concerns.  We ask that the media not use this term when describing these fugitives.  Please use options such as “Fugitives from Justice” or simply “Fugitives”.  Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to their arrest.
 
Dean Levelle Bogan is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of burglary of an unoccupied structure, possession of burglary tools, possession of cannabis and petit theft.  Bogan is a 33 year old black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 215 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  Bogan has a scar over his left eye and a tattoo of a Chinese symbol on his left arm.  His last known address is 1304 Hwy 90 W, DeFuniak Springs, FL.
 
William Michael Cyr is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charge of attempted arson of a structure and trespass.  Cyr is a 36 year old white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.  Cyr has a tattoo of a Tasmanian Devil on his right shoulder and a rose tattoo on his left shoulder.  Hils last known address is 3357 Auburn Road, Crestview, FL.
 
Kurt Ryan Killian is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and grand theft.  Killian is a 43 year old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 265 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.  His last known address is the Lewis County Jail in Centralia, WA.
 
Emmanuel Uribe Martinez is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of resisting an office with violence and loitering or prowling.  Martinez is a 24 year old Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  His last known address is 150 Seminole Drive, DeFuniak Springs, FL.
 
Joseph Alan Reeves, Jr. is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana, no valid driver license.  Reeves is a 24 year old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.  His last known address is 165 Eastern Street, Freeport, FL.
 
Diania Robin Winters is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of grand theft.  Winters is a 50 year old white female, 5 feet tall, 96 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.  Her last known address is 81 Will Kelly Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, FL.
