Sofie Hagle, 10-year-old fifth grader at Destin Middle School, made her debut July 17 as young Cosette in the NWFSC production of Les Misérables. She performed a solo, “Castle on a Cloud,” alone on stage. July 27, is the last day of the production at NWFSC’s Mattie Kelly Arts Center.

Harbor Docks Entertainment

DESTIN - Harbor Docks' Ladies Night, held on Thursdays with drink and sushi specials for ladies, begins with an opening band at 6:30 p.m., followed by a second band at 9 p.m. All other evenings, entertainment begins at 8:30 p.m., unless noted. Harbor Docks restaurant is at 538 Harbor Blvd. Call 837-2506.

Rock the Docks LIVE

DESTIN - Rock the Docks LIVE with a free public concert at 7 p.m. Saturdays at HarborWalk Village. Audience members can join house band Déjà Vu and sing with full lights and sound show.

Special Event

DESTIN - Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation hosts a Special Event benefiting “All Kinds of Art” from 5-7 p.m. July 28 at Brighton Collectibles in Destin Commons. Twenty percent of all purchases will be donated to the program, which brings arts enrichment to youth in Okaloosa and Walton Counties.
