Here are a couple of shorties from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
- A server at a Destin bar and grill was busted for selling alcohol to a couple of underage minors.
The server, who was only 18 herself, sold Bud Light Lime-A-Rita to two kids whose birthdays were in 1999 and 2000. She didn’t ask to see their ID, the arrest report indicated.
“… Both obviously appear to be under the age of 21,” the deputy wrote in the report.
She was charged with selling liquor to a person under the age of 21 and has a May 16 court date.
- A certain Mr. John Doe apparently has a thing for Build-A-Bear.
On a Tuesday in late April Mr. Doe was officially trespassed from the property at the request of the store manager.
Five minutes later he was still at the store, refusing to leave. The deputy arrested him for trespassing and obstruction because he refused to give his name or date of birth.
His court date is also May 16.
