Crews from the Sheriff's Office and Florida Highway Patrol remained on scene at 10 p.m. Tuesday after towing out the vehicle.

SOUTHPORT — Emergency crews late Tuesday removed a motor home from the waters of Fanning Bayou, where witnesses said it had been fully submerged.

The RV entered the water near the McKenzie boat ramp, near where Fanning Bayou meets North Bay in Bay County.

Crews from the Bay County Sheriff's Office and Florida Highway Patrol remained on scene at 10 p.m. Tuesday after towing out the vehicle, which officials said was unoccupied. No injuries were reported.
