DESTIN – A passenger on a personal watercraft pulled over for violating the no-wake zone near Crab Island was arrested after drugs fell out of his pocket in front of an Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office deputy.

The operator and the passenger both fell into the water when they were pulled over.

The water was shallow and when the 25-year-old from Quincy stood up, a glass jar fell from his pocket.

He grabbed it and tried to hide it, but when questioned admitted it contained marijuana.

He also had a glass pipe in his pocket, according to his arrest report.

He was charged with illegal possession of the drugs and the marijuana.
