The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University will host two open houses at the Lanny D. Ledet Building on Friday and Nov. 16.

Prospective culinary students can go on 10 a.m. and noon tours of the 33,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art culinary facility. There will also be cooking demos, tastings, and presentations and meetings with professors, current students and the financial aid office.
