Troy recognizes students for completing IMPACT

Troy University recently recognized new students who have completed IMPACT orientation and enrolled in classes for the fall 2018 semester.

Destin students who completed IMPACT are Nicklaus Bowyer, Madison Musco, Austin Atwell, Alyssa Bonanno and Rylee Houston.

Chasen Pridgen in UA's Cooperative Education Program

University of Alabama student Chasen Pridgen of Destin will participate in UA's Cooperative Education Program for fall 2018, working at VT Miltope in Hope Hull, Alabama.

In the Cooperative Education Program, students alternate periods of full-time study with regular course schedules and periods of full-time employment where they work with professionals in their fields who supervise their training and work. This program offers work related to the academic major or career interests of each student, experience that enhances the students' employment prospects after graduation.

Summer/Term 5 graduates at Troy

Troy University is pleased to recognize students who completed the requirements for graduation during the summer semester and Term 5 of the 2017/2018 academic year.

Local residents who graduated recently at Troy University include Destin students Michael Tanaka, bachelor of science; Monica Autrey, master of public administration; and Lisa Marshall, bachelor of science in business administration.
