1. Concerts in the Village

Enjoy a night under the stars with Pickled Pickers as they play southern rock, blues, R&B, country, and bluegrass from 7-9 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation’s Cultural Arts Village on Commons Drive in Destin. Bring a bottle of wine, a craft beer, snacks and a blanket or chair. Gates open at 6. Tickets are $15/adults and free to MKAF members and children 12 and under and can be purchased at the door.

2. Sinfonia Swings on the Boulevard

Members of Sinfonia Gulf Coast team up for an outdoor musical concert and dancing exhibitions at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 29 at Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach. Seating will be provided, but you may bring your own chair or blanket to enjoy the free performance. Contact the Sinfonia office at 460-8800 with seating-related questions.

3. Destin Charity Cornhole Tournament

Destin Commons will host the third annual Destin Charity Cornhole Tournament at noon Sept. 30 between H&M and Chipotle. The double elimination tournament is a partnership with Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center (ECCAC) and Cumulus Media, with proceeds benefiting ECCAC. Spectators can visit the beer garden by purchasing a wristband for $30. Five sets of unique cornhole boards, custom painted by local artists, will be auctioned off with all proceeds benefiting ECCAC.
