DESTIN – A 28-year-old man was charged with fighting over money he thought was owed to him, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
Another man told him he wasn’t going to pay him because he never completed the job, the report said. The man then said, “Now I am going to beat you up since you said that.”
The man attacked, threw punches and had to be pulled off by a bystander, the report said.
The incident occurred Nov. 22 and a warrant for misdemeanor battery was issued. He was arrested Jan. 17.
