Shana Wolf has made feeding your family farm-fresh, organic produce easy and convenient. Off the Vine, now in its 12th year, is the Southeast’s leading organic produce delivery service that offers local organic, farm-fresh fruits and vegetables and select artisan foods. They deliver fresh produce boxes of seasonal items at the peak of flavor and freshness directly to your doorstep or convenient pick-up spots in and around Destin on a weekly basis.

“This makes eating clean and organic so easy,” said Shana Wolf, owner of Off the Vine. “It’s hard to find local, organic produce around here because there are not a lot of farms in Florida. So we do the hard work for you — bringing you the freshest organic ingredients we can find.”

Wolf is passionate about eating organic and raw foods and said she doesn’t put a label on her lifestyle.

“I don’t consider myself paleo or vegan or vegetarian,” Wolf said. “My family drinks organic milk and we enjoy the occasional piece of meat or fish. But we focus on eating organic, raw foods — nuts, seeds, berries and produce.”

And when you cook raw, there’s little to no “cooking” actually needed. Wolf recently taught a class at Kitchenique in Miramar Beach, and prepared an entire three-course meal without cooking a thing — a cashew “sour cream,” fresh tomato salsa, walnut and brazil nut taco mix, and a raw cinnamon peachy mango pie with pecan-date pie crust.

“I don’t have an oven in my kitchen,” Wolf said. “We took it out a while ago. I don’t really bake, and when you cook raw you don’t need to do much to it. My family just eats really simple — good food doesn’t need to be complicated.”

It was that mentality that helped get her company, Off the Vine, up and running. It focuses on delivering raw, organic foods to the community. Off the Vine offers fresh weekly selections of mixed, all fruit, juicing and “greens to go” boxes ranging in size from small (feeds 1-2 persons) to large (feeds 2-4 persons). You can have the boxes delivered right to your doorstep, or swing by one of the many pick-up locations around the area, including Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Miramar Beach and many more.
