COLUMN: Keep your swine flu vaccine out of my arm
Were you aware that Florida Statute 381.00315 (1) (b)4 allows use of any force necessary to examine, test, treat, quarantine and vaccinate you during a public health emergency? It’s enforceable by law enforcement officials (Fla. St. 381.0012).
I filed a lawsuit last month, challenging this as blatantly unconstitutional. You can find it here: www.floridaswinefluvaccinelawsuit.blogspot.com.
The FDA has just approved mercury (a neurotoxin) as an additive to the swine flu vaccine. It is being rushed to market by pharmaceutical companies such as Baxter, Novartis, Novavax, GlaxoSmithKline and MedImmune while their stock prices skyrocket. The CDC and World Health Organization know full well the severe neurological and toxic effects this can produce in the human body.
Secretary of Health and Human Services Director Katherine Sebelius has signed a statement absolving the vaccine companies of liability. There is no financial incentive to ensure the quality of this product being touted as the salvation for the “pandemic.” Just roll up your sleeve and trust the WHO.
I suggest you contact your state representatives and senators to relay your concerns about this statute. To find out more information on vaccines go to www.vaclib.org or www.nvic.com or www.theflucase.com.
Join me Thursday, Oct. 1 at 3:45 p.m., at the Santa Rosa County Courthouse, Room 110, in Milton for this hearing.
