DESTIN -- A 20-year-old man standing by his vehicle in the parking lot of the Red Door Saloon was arrested Dec. 28 after an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputy noticed a bag of marijuana lying on the seat.
The deputy was doing a security check of the area just before midnight, according to the man's arrest report.
The man was standing by the vehicle's open door, with the bag of marijuana in plain view. When the deputy approached, the man shut the door.
