The clouds in the sky and the chill in the air didn’t stop spring breakers from enjoying Destin beaches on Tuesday.

Wrapped in towels and bundled up in hoodies, students from Georgia, Kentucky Virginia and Tennessee turned the beach into their personal playground. They lounged on beach towels, tossed Frisbees around and played a few games of volleyball.
But on the overcast day, only a few dared to put as much as a toe in the chilly Gulf of Mexico.
