2 injured in 3-car wreck (PHOTO GALLERY)

FORT WALTON BEACH -- Two people were sent to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center after a 3-car pileup Sunday afternoon.

The 4:30 p.m. wreck was on Mary Esther Cutoff between Carol Ave. and Wright Pkwy. A woman in a Nissan rear ended an Infinity SUV sending it into a Mazda minivan carrying four children.

An 11-year-old boy from the minivan was sent to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center complaining of neck pains.

The driver of the Nissan was also sent to the hospital.

An officer at the scene said the Nissan driver was at fault but it was unclear why the wreck happened.
