LETTER: Harleys, stripping and gambling? What has happened to my Destin?

As a longtime resident of Destin, I have one question.

Why are we continuing on a mission to trash Destin. Some want gambling on Main Street. Stripping is being debated. Now the Grande is bringing Hogs to the harbor.

Does Destin really want the element that attend Thunder Beach in Panama City at the Emerald Grande? We were considering buying a unit at the Grande, but not anymore.

Why not just move all the families out of Destin and make U.S. 98 a Las Vegas Strip?

Hope Browning
