Austin Jessup connected for five hits to lead Tay Gray Unleashed in an 18-4 win over Stanley Security in the Coed Division I Softball League at Morgan Sports Center.

Jessup blasted a home run, a double and two singles for five RBIs.

In the first two innings, Tay Gray stepped out to a 9-1 lead. Tay Gray went on to add five in the third and four in the fourth to put the game away in five innings.

Michael Haynes ripped two triples and two doubles for five RBIs for Tay Gray, while Amber Destaven doubled and hit two singles for an RBI.

Gregg Griffith tripled and singled for an RBI for Stanley. Ethan Randolph doubled and singled and Lindsay Cannon tripled.

 

Beach Zone 27, Emerald Coast Chiropractic 5

Beach Zone scored the 10-run limit in the second and fourth innings to put the game away in five innings.

Tiffany Snider was the top batter for Beach Zone with a triple and three singles for two RBIs. Zach Ryan tripled, doubled and singled for four RBIs, and Hollie Henderson doubled and singled for an RBI. Brian Martinez also clobbered a home run.

Geoff Brower hit a single for two RBIs for Emerald Coast, while Don Edwards and Beth Henry each singled. Ken Gallander knocked a home run.

 

Crab Island Cantina 18, Stanley Security 6

At the end of two innings, Crab Island led 12-1. Stanley picked up three runs in the third and two in the fourth innings, while Crab Island brought in two in the third, one in the fourth and three in the fifth inning for the win.

Justin Abdo belted an inside the park home run and three singles for five RBIs for Crab Island. Michael Robins hit two doubles and a single for two RBIs, and Missy Welborn connected for two singles for two RBIs.

Kyle Detweiler ripped an inside the park homer for two RBIs for Stanley. Kristin Myers tripled for an RBI and Gregg Griffith doubled.

 

Heritage Tree Service 28, Gold’s Gym 12

In the first three innings, Heritage took a 14-10 lead then exploded in the fourth with seven runs to go up 21-10. They finished the game off in six innings.

Chris Moore was the big stick for Heritage with seven RBIs on two home runs, a triple and two singles. Justin Nunley clobbered two homers, a double and a single for five RBIs, and Beverly Hollis doubled and hit two singles. Jason Little also hit a home run.

Marti Littlefield led Gold’s with a triple and two singles for three RBIs. Kris Grahame hit two doubles for an RBI, and Hector Bernientos connected for two singles for two RBIs.
