After posting wins in the first round of tournament play, Navigators and HealthSource will square off in the championship game of the Coed Division IV Softball Tournament at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Morgan Sports Center.

To make it to the title game, HealthSource beat HOA’s 11-7 in Game 1.

HealthSource stepped out to a 10-6 lead in the first three innings. In the bottom of the fourth, HOA’s scored one.

The next two innings of play was scoreless with HealthSource scoring one last run in the top of the seventh.

Mitch Clabeaux led HealthSource with a home run and a single. Logan Newby connected for a triple and a single and McKinley Kelly hit two singles.

Lauren Woods belted two doubles and a single for HOA’s. Branden Graves and Ken Wampler each hit two singles.

In Game 2, Navigators blasted Jackacuda’s/Brotula’s 20-8.

In the first inning, Navigators took a 7-4 lead. In the second, Navigators exploded for the 10-run limit and a 17-5 advantage.

Navigators managed to put the game away in five innings.

Bart Hardy led Navigators with a triple and two singles. Jon Gangloff doubled and hit two singles and JR Gross hit two doubles and a single.

Matt Molina led Jackacuda’s with a double and two singles. Jaz Clifton hit three singles and Wes Norton doubled and singled.
