Silver Real Estate flattens Destin Flooring

Timmy Sallee drove in 11 runs to lead Silver Real Estate in a 36-5 whipping of Destin Flooring in the Men’s Tuesday Softball League at Morgan Sports Center.

Sallee clobbered three home runs and a single.

At the end of two innings, Silver was up 9-5. In the third inning, Silver exploded for 20 runs to finish the game off in five innings.

James Stephens tripled, doubled and singled for five RBIs for Silver, while David Lamar hit four singles for three RBIs.

Shawn Wood doubled for an RBI for Destin Flooring. Nick Lennard singled for two RBIs, and C.J. Locke singled.

•Lee GMC 21, Destin Flooring 6

Jordan Hutchison hit two doubles and a single for six RBIs for GMC. Mike Cheney hit three singles and Nick Shores hit two singles for two RBIs.

C.J. Locke tripled and singled for Destin Flooring, and Mark Hensley doubled and singled.

•Air Draggers 19, Lee GMC 7

John Goody was the top batter for Draggers with a triple and two singles for four RBIs.

Ellis Tucker doubled and hit two singles for two RBIs for GMC. David Huffman hit two singles, and Mike Cheney doubled and singled.

•Beta 24, L-3 5

Beta put 18 runs on the scoreboard in the top of the first inning. The game was over in five.

Kyle Ely slapped two homers, a double and a single for seven RBIs for Beta. Justin Bailey hit three singles for two RBIs, and Robbie Davis hit two singles. Corey Hamrick connected for a home run.

Matt Card hit three singles for two RBIs for L-3. Brian Slacker and Larry Johnson doubled and singled.
