Spiva Water Works pulls down Shades of Destin

Mark Boyd knocked in five runs to lead Spiva Water Works in a 23-21 win over Shades of Destin in the Men’s Division III Softball League at Morgan Sports Center in Destin.
Boyd was 4-for-5 with a homer and three singles for five RBIs.
After four innings, Spiva was on top 13-8.
Doc Agostinelli hit two doubles and two singles for four RBIs for Spiva. Steve Rogers homered and hit three singles for two RBIs. Mike Chapman batted a home run.
Brandon Creinin ripped three singles for four RBIs for Shades. Kelly Carmandale smacked two doubles and a single for three RBIs, and James Perkins tripled and hit two doubles for two RBIs.
•Spiva Water Works 29, Cold Stone 28
Jesse Hernandez was the big stick for Spiva with two homers, two doubles and two singles for 12 RBIs. Anthony Spiva batted two doubles and four singles, and Doc Agostinelli homered, doubled and hit two singles for three RBIs. Jeff Bartley also popped a homer.
Jonathan Roberts led Cold Stone with a homer, triple and two singles for five RBIs. Jeremy Vaiyanet belted an in-the-park homer, two doubles and a single for four RBIs, and Mike Chapman clubbed two homers and a single for five RBIs. John Wright connected for a home run shot.
•Old Bay Steamer 26, Rogers Home and Pool Service 10
Pete Knowles homered, hit two triples and a single for three RBIs. James Heller doubled and hit three singles for three RBIs, and Joe Kerns doubled and hit three singles for two RBIs. Joe Wodek and Jeremy Hamilton each smacked a two-run homer.
Zac Hamilton doubled and hit two singles for an RBI for Rogers. Colby Anderson and Brooks Chara each collected a double and a single for two RBIs.
•Marriotts 17, Frank’s Cash and Carry 14
Chris Troutman was the top batter for Marriotts with two homers and a single for four RBIs. Chris Zorad hit three singles for three RBIs, and Jed McConnell connected for two doubles. Steve Rivera popped a two-run homer.
Hal Laird homered, doubled and singled for an RBI for Frank’s. Shawn Arntz doubled and hit two singles for three RBIs, and Chris Schissler hit a homer and a single for three RBIs. Aaron Carter belted a two-run homer, while Dusty Bryan and Casey Schissler each hit solo home runs.

MEN’S DIVISION IV
•U-Park Valet 20, ECA 17
James Francis hit the cycle and then some with a homer, triple, two doubles and a single for nine RBIs for U-Park. Troy Gioustrom hit three singles for two RBIs, and Devin Barnett had four hits. Anthony Vecchio hit a two-run homer.
Mitch Speed led ECA with a homer, double and two singles for four RBIs. Travis Ream tripled and singled for an RBI, and Paul Clever doubled and hit two singles for two RBIs.
•Countrywide 15, Here for Beer 3
Cleve Daniels was tops for Countrywide with three singles for two RBIs. Clint Moorehead connected for three singles and an RBI, and Rolando Cantu hit two singles for two RBIs.
Seth Patrick tripled for an RBI for Here for Beer. Brent Smith and Tim Wyatt each singled. David Meadows smacked a solo home run.
