Emerald Coast Title Services, Inc., has expanded its services at a second office located in Redfish Village on 30A to better service the growing demands of the market.

Founder and president, Delys Dearmon, has 30 years experience in the field. She is a licensed Texas attorney and a Florida licensed title agent, who has lived on the Emerald Coast for 40 years. Her experience includes commercial and residential construction litigation, land acquisition and construction loans.

The company has a history rooted in the 30A area. In 1983, Dearmon had the foresight to purchase one of the first lots in Seaside. In 1985 she built her own home in Dune Allen in South Walton, where she also owned and operated the first title company in the 30A area.

“The 30A corridor is one of the most beautiful spots on earth. I am proud to both live, work and serve others in this community,” she said.

In fact, nearly all employees at the Emerald Coast Title of 30A office not only reside in the area, but also are deeply engaged within the community sitting on boards, helping civic groups, chairing charity events and supporting South Walton schools.

“My staff lives in the community they serve. They are trained problem solvers who have years of experience rooted here that allows us to easily solve issues and concerns, so they do not delay a closing.”

For Dearmon the focus for her growing company is clear.

“At Emerald Coast Title of 30A we are dedicated to providing quality products consistently delivered by a knowledgeable, professional staff committed to exceptional service.”
