Sherman Cain nailed a dozen 3-pointers to lead FWB Bulls in an 84-78 win over Baller's Inc. in the championship game of the Summer Basketball League at the Destin Community Center.

Cain scored 36 points to set the pace for a six-point victory over the Baller's.

At the half, the Bulls were up by 19 points.

Jason Sanders scored one 3-pointer en route to 21 points for the Bulls. Jake Armstrong hit two 3s on his way to eight points.

Tops for Baller's were K. Phuagnong with 24 points, including six 3s. Adrian Watson made one 3-pointer en route to 18 points, and Harry Madison knocked down five 3s for 15 points.

God Squad 65, Free Agents 59

God Squad led 38-33 at the break.

Justin Ware was high-point scorer for God Squad with five 3s en route to 23 points. Jamal Bias scored 11 points, including one 3-pointer, and Brandon Mosley scored 10 points.

Stanton Simmons scored 22 points for Free Agents. Durrell Hurst hit for 15 points, and Niven Williams contributed eight points.

FWB Bulls 78, God Squad 58

Bulls were on top 33-26.

Magic Hall led the Bulls with 23 points, while Sherman Cain ran a close second with 22 points, including three 3s. Tivo Woods scored 15 points.

Justin Ware knocked down five 3s on his way to 21 points for God Squad. Mikal Rodgers made two 3s en route to 14 points, and Blake White hit two 3s on his way to 13 points.

Fudpucker's 58, Free Agents 54 (OT)

The game was tied at the half, 29-29 and then at 52-52 at the end of regulation.

Joe Collins led Fudpucker's effort with 17 points. Cliff Covington scored 15 points, including four 3s. Esic Rhodes scored 13 points.

Stanton Simmons was tops for Free Agents with 23 points. Durrell Hurst scored 12 points, and Spencer Williams chipped in 10.
