Acting for Kids
DESTIN Ė After school theatre classes by Emerald Coast Theatre Company, in alliance with the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation's All Kinds of Art program, will hold a 10-week course designed to help children grow in creativity, communication skills and self-confidence by teaching techniques in acting through warm-ups, theatre games and character work using monologues taken from the musical comedy, "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.Ē Classes for students in grades 2-4 will be held from 3-4:15 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 22 through March 5, March 19, April 2 and performance April 9 at Destin Elementary School. Snowbird Movie Matinees

Great Night of Methodist Singing

Baytowne on Ice
SANDESTIN Ė The ice skating rink at The Village of Baytowne Wharf will be open through Jan. 31 at the Apex Broadcasting Skating Pavilion. For $10 guests can skate for an hour and a half.
