Stage Crafters will bring one of the longest running and most widely acclaimed musicals in Broadway history, "A Chorus Line," to the Emerald Coast Nov. 9-11 and 16-18.

Friday and Saturday performances are at 7:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Sundays at Fort Walton Beach Civic Auditorium, 109 Miracle Strip Parkway SW. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at Medley Printing in Fort Walton Beach, Bayou Books in Niceville, online at or at the door. Student tickets are $15 with valid ID at the door.

Based on true stories of Broadway dancers, "A Chorus Line" is a musical like no other. The show opens in the middle of auditions for a Broadway production, cuts have already been made, and additional cuts are about to happen. But before the dancing and singing continue, the director wants to get to know the 17 dancers a little better. The stories they tell will make you laugh, cry, sing, and dance in your seat. But only eight dancers will make the line — four boys and four girls, and there is just no telling who will get it.

With music by Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by Edward Kleban, "A Chorus Line" leaps right at you from the very beginning and never lets up. We cannot wait to have the entire Emerald Coast singing, “One, singular sensation!” The show is directed by Craig Ewing and Nancy Kruzek.
