PENSACOLA — A Panama City man is in critical condition after a pedestrian-related crash on Tuesday evening.
Doris Sell, 64, of Pensacola, was driving a 2008 Chevy Malibu southbound on U.S. Highway 29 near the intersection of North West Street about 6:50 p.m. when a pedestrian crossed in front of her vehicle, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report.
Thomas James Budlove, 60, of Panama City, failed to yield the right of way to the vehicle as he walked across the highway, according to FHP.
Budlove was taken to Sacred Heart Hospital.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, according to the release.
