PUMPKIN SPICED LATTE
3 cups hot whole milk
4 tsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
6 oz. double-strength brewed coffee
3 Tbsp. sweetened whipped cream
3 pinches pumpkin pie spice
Combine the hot milk, sugar, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice in a blender; blend until frothy.
Pour the mixture into 3 coffee mugs to about 2/3 full. Pour 2 ounces coffee into each mug.
Garnish each mug with whipped topping and pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
1 cup instant tea powder
2 cups orange-flavored drink mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. powdered lemonade mix
2 cups white sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
In a large bowl, combine instant tea powder, orange drink mix, lemonade powder, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Mix thoroughly.
Store in a sealed jar. To use, mix 3 to 4 tablespoons of mix with 1 cup hot or cold water. Adjust to taste.
SNOW FLAKE COCOA
2 cups whipping cream
6 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
Whipped cream and candy canes for garnish, as desired
Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and white chocolate chips in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot and chocolate chips are melted. Stir again before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream and candy canes, as desired.
