6 hard-cooked eggs, halved

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp. rice wine vinegar

1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. salt

For garnish (optional) try a light sprinkling of paprika, sprigs of fresh dill, chopped green onions, chopped black or green olives or anything of your choice.

Scoop egg yolks into a bowl and set egg whites aside. Mash yolks, mayonnaise, vinegar, chopped dill, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish if preferred. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

8 oz. Cool Whip

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1/2 cup shredded coconut, optional

Mix well. Chill.
