A 15-year-old Niceville High student was arrested Thursday after threatening to shoot another student.

NICEVILLE — A Niceville High School student was arrested Thursday after he threatened to shoot another student, according to a press release from the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office.


The 15-year-old boy was charged with threatening to use a firearm in a violent manner after he and another student argued at school over an off-campus incident at the victim's home.

After the victim confronted the boy Thursday, the defendant yelled "I am going to shoot you!" according to the release. Several people heard the defendant make the statement, the release said.
