DEFUNIAK SPRINGS — Deputies responded to a verbal disturbance, while en route they were advised it turned physical and one subject was armed with a gun. Upon arrival, deputies determined a tenant who lived in a shed was angry and throwing Ramen noodles against the wall outside. The landlord was called and when he arrived armed himself with a gun and confronted the tenant. He demanded the tenant to leave and fired the gun in the air approximately five feet from the tenant. The landlord was arrested and the weapon was seized as evidence.
