Amy Cooper knocked in four runs to lead Fenders Collision in a 20-13 win over Navigators in the Coed Division II Softball League at Morgan Sports Center in Destin.

Cooper slapped a home run, two triples and a single for four RBIs.

At the end of two innings, the score was tied at 10-10. In the top of the third, Navigators took the lead with two runs.

In the bottom of the fourth, Fenders pulled away with seven runs and then picked up three more in the fifth. Navigators scored one last run in the top of the seventh.

Jason Faipler hit three singles for two RBIs for Fenders, while Donald Buck tripled and singled for two RBIs.

Bart Hardy connected for four singles for two RBIs for Navigators. Richard Ritnour doubled and singles for two RBIs, and April Marcell hit two singles.


Emerald Coast Alarms 13, The Track 12

After trailing for five innings, Emerald Coast Alarms finally took the lead in the bottom of the sixth with four runs to go up 13-11. The Track scored one last run in the top of the seventh.

Jeff McAfee connected for three hits for four RBIs for ECA. Matt Reich doubled and hit two singles for three RBIs, and Chelsea Womack hit three singles.

Aaron Bradley was tops for The Track with a home run and two doubles for two RBIs. Greg Griffith hit two doubles and a single for an RBI, and Bobby Griffith hit two doubles for an RBI.


Misfits 18, Jackacuda’s-Brotula’s 10

Misfits jumped out to a 12-5 lead in the first two innings. Misfits went on to scored one in the fourth, four in the fifth and one in the sixth for the win.

Brandon Brookshaw led Misfits with two doubles and two singles. Jason Smith doubled and hit two singles and Michelle McKain hit two singles.

Matt Molina connected for two doubles and two singles for Jackacuda’s. Justin Hutchison hit three singles.


Healthsource Smokin’ Bases 21, HOA’s 14

Healthsource stepped out to a big lead scoring the 10-run limit in the first and then putting up another nine in the second for a 19-2 start. HOA’s had their biggest inning in the third with six runs scored.

Jeremy Maines and Ashley Harrison each doubled and hit two singles for Healthsource. Dakota Blackburn tripled, doubled and singled.

Brandon Graves belted a homer, two doubles and a single for eight RBIs for HOA’s. Lance Woods hit three doubles and two singles and Ken Wampler doubled and hit two singles.
