FORT WALTON BEACH — Gadsden County never stood a chance.


Behind 26 points from junior Alexis Becker, the Choctaw girls basketball team demolished the Jaguars 70-24 on Saturday at the TeePee.


Sophomore Narissa Clay added 14 points, and sophomore Anissia Luton chipped in 12 more for the Indians, who improve to 6-3.


Up next, Choctaw will host Booker T. Washington at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The Seahawks improved to 5-3 behind Crystal King-Williamson’s 23-point effort on Saturday afternoon.


Olivia McLaughlin and Emma Hawk each finished with seven points to accent King-Williamson’s performance, McLaughlin adding six assists and five rebounds.


South will host Bay (4-3) at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday.
